About this event
Our first track workout together
This week, we’ll do a Fartlek which will consist of
a 10' warm-up followed by 10-12 x (1’ F / 1’ R) and 5' cool-down
F: Fast pace (~5k pace)
R: Recovery pace
Everyone is welcome to join and do it at their own pace
There will be one pace group for those who want to follow
