About this event
In it for the long run.
We start off this long run series on Sunday, March 9 @ 4 PM, with a 10K
2km will be added to the this distance, every 2 weeks.
Anyone can join, whether training for a half/full marathon or simply looking for a solid run.
📍Jardin Anglais’ Fountain, just like on Saturdays.
Pace : 6.00 min/km, adapting as needed.
& depending on the attendance, we’ll split the group in 2. One @ ~5:30/km pace and the other @ ~6:20/km
